CO2 laser
In CO2 laser printing, the water in the capsule film is vaporized by irradiating a CO2 laser. The vaporized area turns white and is used to print text and graphics. It is mainly used to print soft capsules for pharmaceuticals and health foods.
UV laser
The UV laser reacts with the titanium dioxide in the tablet coating and changes the color of the irradiated area to gray. Compared to other printing methods, it allows for more precise printing. It can also be used to prevent counterfeit pharmaceuticals. It is essential that the film coating of the tablet contains titanium dioxide.
Offset printing (check stock, Coming soon…)
This is a method of printing by transferring ink onto an intaglio plate called a design roll. This method has been used for a long time and is capable of single color printing. Of all printing methods, it is the most suitable for mass production.

Inkjet
This method can also be used to print on bare tablets. Color printing is also supported, and as with UV laser printing and CO2 laser printing, print designs can be easily created electronically without the need for a design roll.
